eatery at Jalan Biru in JB?

Hi all..pls help..need to find this eatery along Jalan Biru (i think) at Johor Bahru..the name of the eatery is called san lou (meaning 3rd storey in mandarin)...

anyone has the exact address or able to direct me there?
i am going JB tmr via the woodlands causeway...must find the place ah...help!!!
