Im not so sure about being herbal..but I know one stall that has a great tasting Mutton soup/chicken soup. You can find it in Brickfields KL. Its very popular, however its just a stall, next to a cake shop on the Sri Pandi restaurant rows.

I am not so sure about Malaysia. But you can buy a packet of those ready pack herbal chicken soups and cook it yourself. Its pretty good too!
